Clean and Sober is a typically mediocre 80’s movie about Michael Keaton getting his life together after being a drug addict. There were a lot of good actors in this movie, but they were not put to good use (ex. Morgan Freeman’s character was pretty useless, so why use him?). It was a very tame, inoffensive, bland drug movie.
This movie is very straight forward and it’s exactly what you think it would be! Michael Keaton reminds me of my father a lot in this movie, just as an 80’s guy with curly hair. Very average movie.
