Bustin’ Loose (1981)

Bustin Loose was a fun physical comedy with a straight forward and non-innovative plot.  It had a couple of good laughs and a good set of kids as a cast. There isn’t much that can be said about it. It’s not a piece of cinematic history but it was easy enough to watch and enjoy. The one Parole officer was an unrealistically over the top A-Hole, but I thought everyone else was believable.

There was no need for all the swearing, and they did not need to make it R-rated. There were some funny parts in the movie, which is why is was OK in my opinion. I didn’t see how the kids would love him so fast and vice versa. it was supposed to be heart warming but it was not.

Grisham – 6/10

Sam – 3/10
